ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Will be a part of assembling, loading, on site set up, take down and returning to shop of various Audio, Lighting, and Staging equipment.

• Work in a warehouse environment involving prep and de-prep for shows and rentals.

• Operate Yamaha PM4000, Yamaha PM5D-RH, Midas Siena, Verona & Venice Consoles, JBL Vertec, VRX, EAW 750 Series speakers, and similar equipment.

• Design, install, operate and maintain audio systems.

• Operational knowledge of conventional PAR and ellipsoidal fixtures, dimmer racks, and other accessories.

• Familiarity with operation of industry standard lighting consoles such as Hog, Avolites, ETC, and Leprecon.

• Work in all areas including audio, lighting, staging, video, carpentry, etc.

• Travel when required

• When working in the field as a Supervisor, ensure subordinate workers (may be company employees, outside vendors or contractors) onsite are familiar with and compliant with safety requirements.

• When working in the field as a Supervisor (may be company employees in a subordinate role, outside vendors, over hire labor or contractors) actively participate in employee management to identify positive and negative employee qualities relating to: morale, training, customer relations, workmanship, procedure and policy compliance, company values, safety consciousness, ability to work with co-workers, etc.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Ability to produce and maintain a clean and valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards
• Lift a minimum of 75 pounds consistently
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and a forklift operator certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
• Basic Windows computer skills including Microsoft Office; more specific skills with Intelievent Express will be necessary; training provided
• Due to the nature of this position, you must be able to work nights and weekends on short notice.

SAFETY REQUIRMENTS
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. Must own and wear protective footwear that conforms to the ANSI Z41-1999 standard

EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent required
College attendance preferred
